    RTW Monson British championship triumph

    RTW Monson took eight athletes to this year's British Championships held in Sheffield. Women's captain Annabel Guye-Johnson led the team with three silver medals in the 17/18-year-old 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke events. Annabel's 100m breaststroke was especially exciting, with a finishing time of 1:08.49, which put her in the top five in the world for her age group. Jemimah Berkeley had a fantastic championship meet coming second in the 50m and 100m breaststroke events for the 13/14-year-old age group category, and also finished 4th in the 200m event just outside the medals. In the same age group category, Anna Leman snatched two bronze medals in the same events, and finished just outside the medals in sixth place in the 200m breaststroke. Stephanie Andrews had a solid performance in the 50m breaststroke for the 16 year old age group category, finishing in 16th place.
